The HelloMarkus name, the logos, the Markus character and his poses, the texts, visuals, videos and code of the website and the app are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or reuse without the written consent of HELLOMARKUS is prohibited, with the following exceptions:
- the texts and visuals of the press kit (in French), under the conditions set out on its page;
- the figures of the HelloMarkus Observatory (in French), published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence (CC BY 4.0), with the attribution set out in its methodology.
Third-party trademarks and logos mentioned (Google, Apple and others) belong to their owners; they are mentioned only to refer to their services.

HelloMarkus takes care that the information published is accurate, and dated when it relies on measurements. It may nevertheless contain errors: once reported to contact@hellomarkus.ai, they are corrected. Links to third-party websites are given for information; HelloMarkus is not responsible for their content.
