HelloMarkus in a few words

To use as it is, in one sentence, one paragraph or 150 words. The positioning: “More customers who find you. And the proof, every week.”

One sentence

HelloMarkus gives small businesses Markus, an AI marketing manager who makes them visible on Google, looks after their reviews and shows them every week what it brings in.

One paragraph

HelloMarkus is a visibility system for local shops, tradespeople and service businesses. Its agent, Markus, plays the marketing manager a small business has neither the time nor the budget to hire: he sets up the Google profile, replies to reviews, posts and measures what changes. The owner approves with one tap, and every week sees what moved: calls, directions, bookings, customers coming back.

150 words

An independent business owner lives off customers they don’t know: the platforms know them, and rent access to them. Owners know what to do to be found on Google and chosen for their reviews, but they have neither the time to keep it up nor a way to measure what works.

HelloMarkus gives them Markus, an AI marketing manager who does the work. It all starts with a free audit. Then Markus sets up the Google profile, replies to reviews, posts and runs the loyalty card; the owner approves with one tap. Every week, they see what moved: calls, directions, bookings, customers coming back.

Modules are taken one at a time, from €9 excl. VAT a month, directly or through partners, agencies and integrators. Founded in July 2025 by Mehdi Roumili and Adil Akarkach, HelloMarkus is supported by Station F, L’Escalator and Daphni.

The problem and the answer

Independent business owners don’t own their customers, and have no time to do their marketing or to measure what works. Markus does it, and brings the proof.

The problem

  • They don’t own their customersThe platforms know their customers and rent access to them. The owner doesn’t know who comes back, or where they come from.
  • They don’t have the timeThey know what should be done on Google and for their reviews. They will never keep it up: they are running their business.
  • They can’t see what worksNeither what an action brought in, nor what a poorly kept profile or an unanswered review costs.

What Markus does

  • Markus does the workThe Google profile set up, reviews answered, posts published, the web page and bookings. The owner approves with one tap.
  • The business keeps its customersThe loyalty card and the prize wheel keep the contact with the business. Every stamp is a counted visit.
  • The proof, every weekWhat moved, from the most certain to the most estimated: proven (a code used at the till), counted (reviews), estimated (saying how).

The logo

Markus

  • Markus has six official poses: never redrawn, recoloured, flipped or distorted.
  • His white outline is part of the drawing: he sits on the peach background or on a light card, never on a photo.
