Bring them back

The prize wheel, a game that keeps you in touch

You serve a customer three times and still don’t know their first name. With the wheel, they leave their contact details for a spin, and come back to use their gift.

How it works

  1. 1
Your customer scans the QR code

On the counter, the table or the shop window.

  2. 2
They give their first name and number

They accept the game rules; getting your offers by text message is a separate box, ticked only if they want to.

  3. 3
    They spin the wheel

Everyone leaves with a gift to use at your place: a drink, a dessert, a discount.

  4. 4
They come back with their code

The code is shown at the till. Every code used is a proven visit.

And the rest of your visibility? The free audit looks at your profile, your reviews and who ranks ahead of you, in two minutes.

What you get out of it

Contacts

Your customers’ first names and numbers, with their consent, in your space.

Proven visits

Every code used at the till is a customer who came back, counted.

A way into loyalty

After their spin, your customer can add your loyalty card to their phone.

The rules of the game

  • Game rules on display, accepted by the player before playing.
  • Never in exchange for a Google review: Google forbids it, and we don’t do it.
  • Gifts you choose, to use at your place.
  • Offers by text message only for those who asked for them.

Frequently asked questions

Is a prize wheel allowed?

Yes, with game rules on display that the player accepts, and never in exchange for a Google review.

How is it different from an in-store competition?

Here, everyone wins a gift to use at your place, straight away. No prize draw to organise, and every contact goes straight into your space.

What gifts should I offer?

The ones you choose: a drink, a dessert, a discount on the next order. Gifts that bring people back.

How does the customer use their gift?

With their code, shown at the till, before its end date. Every code used is counted.

How much does it cost?

€9 excl. VAT / month, with a 14-day trial.

How does your business look on Google?

The audit is free and takes two minutes. You see where you rank on Google, your profile and your reviews, and where to start.
